The four composite wheels made of rubber are ideal for pavements as well as urban terrain however they're not made for off-roading. They slid on long grass and gravel and there's a lack of clearance between the wheel and bracket so mud was able to get stuck easily. Our tester loved this vehicle and was able to climb some beautiful muddy hills.

It is also bulky and will not fit into a standard car boot without the seat in place, but this can be overcome by careful planning. iCandy has included a footmuff, changing bag and car seat adapters in the price, so it's an excellent value for parents who are new.

This is a light tandem stroller. It comes with two seats that are not reversible that are ideal for children aged from birth to around 3 years old. Additionally, it can fit a car seat in the rear seat.

The Joie Evalite Duo double buggy is a fantastic choice for beginners, as it is affordable and simple to operate. It is also extremely lightweight which makes it easy to push across long distances. It has a high quality suspension system that ensures a smooth ride, for both parents and children.

The 360-degree swivel can be locked to allow for easier maneuvering around the town. The one-pedal easy lock brake is also easy to use.
Our testers found the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even when moving on uneven ground or turning fast in an area with a lot of traffic. The feature that the seats can be reclined independently was also hugely appreciated.
They also liked that the hoods could be moved forward and back and back, making them much easier to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. Our testers did find however that they didn't provide an extensive amount of coverage as something like the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods and it's worthwhile to pack a rain cover in case of need.
Overall, our test participants loved the way the Nipper Double allowed them to take their twin girls Sydney and Lyla on a variety of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods to rush to the park to play with their friends. They were also awed by how cosy and spacious the two seats are with plenty of space for toddlers growing to sprawl out in. The lack of parent-facing seating and the inability of using a car seat on this buggy were both noted as a disadvantage by our test participants. They would have also preferred a larger storage area to store shopping items and other accessories.
